Privacy

CarShowCollective is a Dream State Motors property, operated by Dream State Industries LLC. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Show submissions: the show details you enter, an optional flyer, and your name, email, optional phone number and connection to the show. Your contact details are used only to follow up on the submission and are never shown on the site.

Newsletter: your email address and the counties you pick.

Technical data: to prevent spam we store a one-way hash of your IP address with each submission, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process browser signals to tell people from bots.

How we use it

To review and publish shows, reply about promotion if you asked, and send the newsletter to people who confirmed their subscription. We don't sell your information.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare, and email is sent through Resend. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Google Fonts: every page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser connects to Google to fetch them, so Google receives your IP address and standard browser information such as the user agent and the page that requested the font. See Google's privacy policy.

Google Maps: each show page embeds a Google map of the venue, and the "Get directions" and "Google Calendar" buttons open Google's sites. The embedded map loads from Google when you view the page, so Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set or read cookies under its own policy. See Google's privacy policy.

Your choices

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. To ask us to update or delete a submission or your email, write to hello@carshowcollective.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA.

Listings

Show details can change. We check listings but can't guarantee them — confirm with the host before you go.
